Jeremiah Shelton, Vice President of Training and Development, has been in the industry for over 25 years. Jeremiah is responsible for driving the learning strategy at GWC, including creating and implementing training programs, driving a culture of continuous learning and development, and working with leadership and partners in the industry to understand current and future training needs.
