Chris Barry
Vice President of Marketing

Chris joined GWC Warranty in 2010 as Vice President of Strategic Alliances, and was promoted in 2011 to Vice President of Marketing. He is responsible for strategic alliances, product development and administration, analytics, compliance and reporting, and all aspects of marketing. Chris was previously Founder, President and CEO of American Credit Acceptance, an auto finance lender and industry leader in the deep subprime lending segment. Prior to ACA, Chris was the Regional Credit Executive and National Direct Lending Executive for Chase Auto Finance, where he managed the credit function for the Southeast Region and led the reengineering and execution of CAF's internet and direct auto lending platform. Chris was a Founder and Senior Manager of AmeriCredit Financial Services, where he managed the development and execution of the branch operation, credit, funding, collection, compliance and Internet functions. Chris received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Louisiana Tech University.

Jakob Madsen
Vice President of Technology

Jakob joined GWC Warranty in 2008 and is currently leading the Systems Development and Information Technology department. Prior to joining GWC, Jakob was Development Manager at iCepts Technology Group in Harrisburg, PA and owner and CEO of Sirkel Data, a Software development and consultancy company in Copenhagen, Denmark. Jakob received his degree in Software Engineering and Computer Science from Technical University of Denmark and has more than 20 years experience in Software Development and Information Technology.

Jeanette M. Bogdon
Vice President of Human Resources

Jeanette joined GWC Warranty in 2010 as Vice President of Human Resources. Jeanette has spent 12 years in progressive roles in Human Resources, most recently as HR Manager for Unison Engine Components, a subsidiary of General Electric. She has served on the board of directors for the local chapter of SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management) for the last 3 years. Jeanette received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and a Masters in Health Administration from Wilkes University.

Joseph Brennan
Vice President of Operations

Joe joined GWC Warranty in 1996, and currently serves as Vice President of Operations. Joe has used his extensive mechanical background and management skills to build a nationally-recognized claims operation. Although his primary focus lies in Claims Management, he is also responsible for Contract Processing and other operational initiatives. Prior to joining GWC, Joe held a variety of management positions in the automotive industry and served as the Base Commander’s Primary Crew Chief during his four years in the United States Air Force.

Marty Walsh
Vice President of Agency Development

Marty joined GWC in 2011 as Vice President of Agency Development. A seasoned veteran of the automobile industry, Marty brings a comprehensive understanding of strategic and tactical alliances to GWC. Prior to joining GWC, Marty was Vice President of Field Sales and Marketing Operations for Automobile Protection Corporation (APCO), where he played a major role in the growth of the company through sales of its service contracts and other F&I products via the agent channel. Marty received his Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Eastern University.

Mike Melby
Vice President of Sales

Mike joined GWC Warranty in 2009 as Vice President of Marketing and Reporting, and was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2011. He brings close to 20 years of marketing and sales experience in the Automotive Industry. Prior to joining GWC, Mike was Director of F&I Product Development for AutoNation, America’s largest automotive retailer. He also spent over 20 years with GMAC in a variety of sales, credit and operational management positions. Mike received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University.

Niti Trikha
Director of Compliance

Niti joined GWC Warranty in 2010. She received her Juris Doctor Degree from Widener University School of Law and Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers College. Her legal experience includes working at The Dyller Law Firm, Smigel, Anderson and Sacks, LLP, the Snyder County Public Defender’s Office and volunteering with North Penn Legal Services. Her bar admissions include the New Jersey State Bar, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Paul Dreabit
Chief Financial Officer

Paul was instrumental in the formation of GWC Warranty in February of 1995, later joining the nascent Company in 1999 as Controller, and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. Paul brought with him 15 years of financial/accounting experience in the field of Public Accounting as well as a diverse background in the areas of Sales & Distribution and Auditing after serving as the Controller for Ma’s Old Fashioned, Inc. and the Regional Manager of Langer and Associates. Paul received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Wilkes University in 1980.

Rob Glander
President and CEO

Rob joined GWC Warranty in July 2009 and currently serves as President and CEO, bringing 20+ years of Financial Services and Automotive industry experience to the company. He spent the early years of his career with General Motors before being promoted through a series of executive positions with GMAC. Subsequently, Rob was named a Senior Vice President with JP Morgan Chase, where he ran the Southeast Region for Chase Automotive Finance. In 2007, Rob joined Barclays Bank as a senior executive with their U.S. credit card company in Delaware. Rob received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin, and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
